Thank you for the interview accorded to The Post newspaper of March 05/2007.

A few years ago, a story circulated in the Southern Cameroons about an exchange between Cardinal Christian Tumi and another French man of God. When told that he was from the Cameroons, the French man of God asked Cardinal Tumi what was taking so long to Frenchify those anglophones in the Cameroons. And to his “embarrassment” Cardinal Tumi calmly replied that he is indeed one of those anglophones.
Whether this anecdote is true or false, it does reveal the depths and depravity of the conspiracy against the people of the Southern Cameroons. It also reveals the intentions behind the brutality that the state and people of the Southern Cameroons have been subjected to. But it also is displays the success of a genteel but robust resistance, which despite close to half a century of relentless and brutal colonial rule of France masquerading as la République du Cameroun sanctioned by the “international community,” she has miserably failed to destroy the political identity of the state and people of the Southern Cameroons. Or it may just be the incompetence and limitation of the patented French illusions of grandeur laced with the Fashoda Syndrome.
But here we are in March of 2007, in desperation struts in this Messenger of Death called Georges Serre, in the name of the French Ambassador to their bush Bastille enclave called la République du Cameroun. Along with his primitive coterie of Gaullist monkeys from Yaoundé he declares (or decrees?) in an interview with The Post newspaper that the University of Buea is a “national university with a focus towards bilingualism.” Even basic intellectual competence eludes this so-called French diplomat sent from the métropole to one of the primitive recesses of the periphery. It will really be helpful to both the peoples of France and la République du Cameroun that we of the Southern Cameroons have competent interlocutors who are capable of understanding the basic processes and realities of life.
Why George Serre Came to the Southern Cameroons and the University of Buea
French ambassadors and their staff are colonial agents, whose strategic roles in Africa begin and end with the continuous de-humanization of the African and the despoilation of the continent. They inspire and finance fascist tribal clicks like the Akazu mafia in Rwanda and the Essigan mafia in la République du Cameroun along with other satellite fronts that emanate from these circles.
The Alliance Franco-Camerounaise (AFCs) in the Southern Cameroons is a front for French intelligence services whose duties begin and end with maintaining the Southern Cameroons as a brutalized appendage of the comfortable French colony la République du Cameroun. They monitor and supervise the corruption of Southern Cameroonians who are resisting the French colonial rule; they seek to infiltrate and destroy the Southern Cameroons Liberation Movement that is increasingly asserting itself; and they are intimately tied with the theft of our natural resources especially timber, gas and other rare minerals. And along with the French Operation Aramis which operates in the maritime region of the Southern Cameroons, they provide tactical and intelligence support to the Camerounese forces in the cyclical killings and rapes against defenseless populations that have occurred at the University of Buea and surroundings where this messenger of death Georges Serre has come to deliver a threat with his so-called COMET programme.
COMET is another front to hide French genocidaires in the Southern Cameroons. The example fronts like these provided in the genocide in Rwanda is now on record, it will be a complement to their AFCs and their Embassy in Yaoundé.
As a Messenger of Death, this Ambassador, Georges Serre, in the name of la Grande France purports to care about the University of Buea and tourism in the Southern Cameroons, but remains silent when students are routinely raped and killed at the University of Buea by their Gaullist monkeys from la République du Cameroun trained by his government. Mr. Ambassador, this is a provocation.
The Lies Revealed in the Messenger of Death’s Words
When people have an evil agenda, like George Serre and his government does in Africa in general and the Southern Cameroons in particular, the less they speak the better. But France has this compulsion to always want to hear the sound of their voice. It is part of the vanity that goes with the French illusions of grandeur and mission civilisatrice.
In his interview with The Post, he speaks of his visit to Buea as being “cultural” in nature. But that did not stop him from declaring the University of Buea as “a national university, with a focus on bilingualism. That is why French is also taught in UB.” The Spaniard and Chinese will have better claim on “bilingualism” in the Southern Cameroons than French that in Africa is a language of coup d’états, rape, death and genocide.
But the fat lie of his “bilingualism” is betrayed when he goes off script and reveals COMET to be a “structure, which integrate science-oriented Universities in France, working hand-in-glove with UB.” Will these French science-oriented universities be specializing in “bilingualism?” What is indeed troubling is that this man might actually believe what he’s saying. That is how Ombe Technical College was destroyed. Technical teachers in Ombe were sent to the bush in la République du Cameroun to teach English.
France and the French Language Have Failed
Almost exactly a year ago, on March 23, 2006, the Messenger of Death, Mr. Georges Serre’s president, Jacques Chirac, stricken with an attack of the Fashoda Syndrome petulantly walked out of a summit of European Union leaders after Baron Ernest-Antoine Seillière de Laborde, a Frenchman and head of the main European employers’ organization began giving his speech in English. Is this why Mr. Serre choose a University whose language of instruction is English to preach his bilingual rubbish? Is this the reason for this petulant diplomat's rush to Buea?
The students of the University of Buea in the Southern Cameroons in this cyber age of information technology have better investments to make than to learn the language of thieves and the language of death from “French science-oriented Universities.”
The fact that Mr. George Serre and his boss Jacques Chirac, even in his arid old age must come to grips with, illusions of grandeur and Fashoda Syndrome notwithstanding, is that “English is the lingua franca of the global economy and the de facto standard in cyberspace for the storage of information and two-way communication.” Some facts (made clearly in The Next Global Stage by Kenichi Ohmae):
• 70% of the data transferred on the Internet is in English.
• 80% of the information stored on servers is in English.
• In the late 90s in order to become a global player in the 21st Century, Korea launched a major program to teach subjects in English (BK21), look at Korean brands today: Samsung, Hyundai etc.
• Even China that embodies so much of the global economy has English as the most sought after second language.
And here we have an Ambassador posted to a bush country runned by a French-installed tyrant-puppet in power for 25 years, clearly delusional, talking in the Southern Cameroons about the French language and bilingualism through a program by “French science-oriented Universities.”
France and French is being rejected all over Africa because they insist on being the purveyors of death against defenseless African populations and the supporters of the most eccentric and criminal dictators on the continent. Rwanda has rejected them, Côte d’Ivoire is in the process of doing so, and it will not be in the Southern Cameroons that this reject will come with his language and culture of death and expects to be taken seriously.
For those who are tempted to believe that maybe at some technical level this benefits the Southern Cameroons, the question is asked of them: with complete control of our oil and other resources owned by the French today, will the Southern Cameroons need these poisoned "gifts" from the purveyors of death? They steal a factor of millions more from the Southern Cameroons than they can offer in return. This is the essence of colonialism.
