FRANCE AND THE ANGLOSAXON

While to Europeans and other westerners, it provides another opportunity to ridicule la Grande Nation, to the less fortunate and defenseless in the back waters of Africa where Gaullist France bestrides, this reflexive hatred for the anglosaxon has deadly consequences.

Some have described this French pathology as the Fashoda Syndrome, which can has been loosely defined as an irrational fear and hatred of the "anglosaxons" by France borne out of the humiliation and surrender of French forces under Jean Baptist Marchand in Fashoda (present day Sudan) to the command of the British forces led by Horatio Herbert Kitchener in 1898.

While the British seem to have left the past behind to the point of having a non-agression pact with the French; to the point of giving Africans (the Southern Cameroons) as "little gifts" to France; the French are yet to be cured of their disease.

In Africa, where since the days of the European predation of slavery, France is allowed to give full flourish to their instincts conditioned by the Fashoda Syndrome the cost has been steep for Africans. In Rwanda, one million Africans, ironically mostly French-speakers or potential French-speakers were decimated with the active training, encouragement and participation of official France because of the "anglosaxon menace" of the Rwanda Patriotic Front who France saw as proxies of the United States of America and their anglo allies in Uganda and Tanzania. For us in the Southern Cameroons, the genocide is of a slow and systematic type, done with the active conspiracy and blessing of Britain in the 21st century.

We in the Southern Cameroons, being anglosaxons in the brutal French colony due to a racist British plot sees France's "economic patriotism" as an incompetent and corrupt venture based on lies, cheating, fraud, repression and death. We live it everyday in the worst possible way since the British in 1961, against legality and morality, opted in DeGaulle's own words to make us "a little gift to France from the Queen of England."

British PM Urged To Correct Mistakes in Cameroon
People reiterate their inalienable right to exist as a free people

A group of demonstrators from the former U.N. Trust Territory in Southern Cameroons living abroad have issued a strongly worded letter to British Prime Minster Tony Blair. They have called his attention to the historical wrong that was done to Southern Cameroons when the U.K. transferred the territory to the French-controlled state of the Cameroun Republic.

The group -- who last Feb. 11 held a massively attended demonstration at Downing Street, London -- are also expecting the government to take necessary measures without further delay, to correct the injustice that was done over 46 years ago.

As administering authority, the petition argues, the U.K.'s legal obligation under the U.N. Charter was to lead Southern Cameroons to self-government/independence and not hand it over to another state for colonization.

Among other things, the petition signed by Cho Lucas, Secretary General of the Southern Cameroons Youth League (SCYL), reminded the U.K. of having manipulated the U.N. (as evidenced by the sustained wheeling and dealing at the U.N. by Sir Andrew Cohen, the U.K. representative) into imposing on the people of Southern Cameroons a snap and unwanted plebiscite with two dead-end alternatives: whether to join Nigeria (an alternative already rejected by the people) or to join the Cameroun Republic (a country steep in corruption, and massive and reliably attested human rights abuses).

The British "Doctrine of Expendability" & Genocide in the Southern Cameroons

After the Rwandan genocide, French president, François Mitterand was widely reported to have said that “in places like that, genocide is not important.” Declassified British documents have revealed that the British, in their trusteeship of the former United Nations Trust Territory of the Southern Cameroons under United Kingdom Administration, actually considered the people of this territory as “expendable.”

What happened to the Southern Cameroons and her inhabitants since the British carried out their “Doctrine of Expendability” to the delight of Charles de Gaulle who then considered the Southern Cameroons as “a little gift to France from the Queen of England” has been genocide.

That only upon the insistence of American president, Franklin Delano Roosevelt after World War II did Great Britain and France "concede" their colonies deeply reflects the racist instincts that still permeates the French and British disposition in Africa.

The Southern Cameroons, through no fault of hers is bearing the brunt of this conspiratorial Franco-British toxic tonic of evil in their homeland; 60 years after sons of the Southern Cameroons fought on the side of the British Empire and the Allied Forces to safeguard humanity for Europe.
